             12: 12 filling nozzles (up to 1600 x 75cl bottles/hour, up to 2000 x 50cl bottles/hour, up to 2400 x 33cl bottles/hour):-
             12/S: 12 filling nozzles + corker: 32,845 Euros
             12/V: 12 filling nozzles + ROPP capper: 34,775 Euros
             12/1C: 12 filling nozzles + crown capper: 38,640 Euros

There are also faster lines:-
The filler can have 16 or 20 or 24 valves. And also the bottle pre-rinsers can have more grippers.

The limiter then becomes the capper. A fast single head ROPP capper can reach 2500 bottles/hour; some manufacturers say up to 3000 bottles/hour.
So if the working speed of the line is to be over 2500/2800 bottles/hour then a 3 or 4 head ROPP capping unit is the only solution.
The 3 or 4 or more head ROPP capper units are much more expensive because the unit will change from a linear to a rotating machine.
For example a ROPP capper for 2500 bottles/hour is 23,500 Euros. One with 3 of the same heads would cost 50,000 Euros.

Rotary filling turret for gravity filling.                         Single-head corking turret            ROPP capper

Screw and star-wheel sets for round glass bottles. Both in-feed screw and star-wheels are provided with safety micro-switches for stopping the machine with broken or fallen bottles.
Standard rotation is clockwise (left-to-right).

Bottle diameter: 50 to 105mm; maximum tolerance in bottle diameter +/-0.5mm.
Bottle height: 220 to 350mm; maximum tolerance in bottle height +/-0.5mm.

Options:-

For significantly different bottle diameters, 930 Euros.
For hot filling at up to 82 °C, 1680 Euros.

For cleaning, two half-moon adapters to collect the cleaning solution under the filling valves, 1210 Euros

The cleaning solution is recirculated using a small centrifugal pump.

Vacuum system, 1800 Euros.
With gravity filling, when the filling valve opens the liquid flows into the bottle. The air that is inside the bottle goes out through a small hose to the top of the filler header tank.
The optional vacuum system sucks out air from the filler header tank, the bottles will hence be under light vacuum so are filled slightly faster.
When the bottle is full, the vacuum sucks away any slight foam, for example that produced from CO2 in wine. This can give even more consistent fill levels across all bottles.

Foam aspiration system for filling bottle conditioned beer, prior to in-bottle fermentation, 2988 Euros.
If bottle-conditioned beer has started fermentation before filling, it will foam in the filler. If it foams then the filler will go much more slowly as it has to reach the necessary level in the bottle.
This system consists of a small stainless steel pressure tank with a vacuum pump on it. The vacuum pump sucks out air from this small pressure tank. The small pressure tank is connected to the filler tank.
If the beer creates foam inside the filler tank the vacuum in the small pressure tank sucks away the foam; which avoids having the filler tank full of foam.
This vacuum also sucks slightly through the filling valves, with the same benefits as the Vacuum system described above.
To eliminate the foam which accumulates inside the pressure tank, there is a small valve installed on top which is connected to a water supply. Opening the valve for a moment will 'destroy' the foam.
CO2 in the drink is not the only cause of foam, it can also result from proteins, sugar etc. So even non-sparkling drinks can create some foam.

The machine is equipped with all-around safety guarding according to EEC laws. Machine base-frame completely in stainless steel, while the base-plate is covered by stainless steel sheet.
Components that for technical reasons can't be made in stainless steel have been specially treated for long-life.

Mechanical speed change by variable pulley.

Conveyor chain size 120x100 mm, Acetal resin chain, width 83 mm.
Conveyor height from floor, 1000 mm +- 50 mm.

A 6 bar compressed air supply is needed.

Filling valves as well as all parts in contact with the filling liquid are made of stainless steel AISI 304.
Quickly removable filling valves for cleaning and maintenance.

Liquid feed pipe with pneumatic ball-valve in stainless steel for the control of the liquid flow.
Control of the liquid in the tank by means of probes or level relays.
Tank with dished bottom for the total discharge of the liquid, a ball-valve allows total discharge of the liquid.

The minimum and maximum level inside the tank is controlled by a double probe system, providing an electric signal to the product in-feed pump.

Mechanical height adjustment of the filling turret, to fit different bottle heights.
Bottle lifting by pneumatic pistons, with return by cam.

Single-head corking turret: for wine corks of one size: choice from 22 to 28 mm diameter, 35 to 50 mm high.
