Rotary inverter / converter from a normal 1-phase (220/240 volt)
mains supply to 3-phase (380-415 volt).
The rotary converter is a Sevcon Trident 10L (manufactured at Gateshead),
with a maximum output of 10 HP (7.25 kWatt) at 415 volts (max motor 5 HP/3.6
kWatt), £700
Cold room (industrial cold store) walk-in, modular construction so can easily be
cut to a different size:
internal size: 17'3" x 5'8" with 8'5" high ceiling. Very high quality
T&G panels in white
plastic-coated metal with 100mm thick polystyrene insulation. Wide sliding double entry
doors. Can chill down to -5 °C.
Many possible uses, it has been in use for
white wine stabilisation (necessary for supermarket sales), and also for chilling 'quality sparkling wine' bottles
before disgorging.

Diesel generator 13.5 KVA 230/400 volts: built on a road trailer (50mm tow-ball) with an
acoustic canopy, it has had only about 200 hours use. Before towing any distance
it would need new tyres and examination of the hubs, or it could be transported
on a trailer.
Lister-Petter T-series engine (diesel, 2 cylinder), electric start, air-cooled,
estimated to burn about 3 litres of red-diesel per hour.
The alternator is MECC ALTE Spa Type EC 3-LB/4 self-regulated, 1993 (purchased
in 1994), virtually unused. 13.5 KVA 230/400 volts (33.8/19.5 amps) 1500
rpm, can be wired for both single and 3-phase. The electrical voltage regulator
is +- 1.5% which is more stable than a Mains supply.

Air-compressor: Ingersoll-Rand Type 30 Model 253 (5" x 3" x 3.5") twin cylinder single stage, large 18" diameter air tank, 200 psi safe working pressure, 3-phase 4 kWatt (5.5 HP) motor. Very good condition although there is no current certificate for the pressure tank, £400
