It is essential that bottles are dry, otherwise self-adhesive labels will not stick properly.

Semi-automatic:- The rolls of labels must be 'outside wound right-hand leading edge'.

This new EKO model has a fixed top-roller, made in soft foam-rubber, which smoothes the label on to the bottle. This roller is adjustable in height but doesn't move up and down automatically like the FX-10 model does.

Table top labelling machine. As well as normal cylindrical bottles, the machine can optionally label square bottles (35 mm to 100 mm), pots and other containers, including those made of synthetic materials.

The machine has a stainless steel frame and knurled silicone paper-winding roller with quick release. The labeller is controlled by an electronic board, the electrical commands make it possible to use a wide variety of labelling variants, by inserting the corresponding optional unit.

The standard machine is equipped to apply a single label, at up to 800 bottles per hour.
Label roll: internal diameter of 76 mm (or on request 40 mm) and external diameter of 280 mm.
Label height: max. 140 mm. Wrap-around labels up to a maximum width of 280 mm.
Suitable for bottle diameters between 50 mm and 120 mm; option of 20 mm to 200mm.

The bottle is inserted slightly inclined (starts by photocell).
Adjustable pressure on bottle during the labelling operation.
Power: 230 V single phase, 50 Hz (extra cost for other voltage and/or 60 Hz), 0.20 kW.
Weighs 40 kilos; 550 mm x 400 mm x 500mmH. Sound level 40 decibels.

Optionally, with a roll having alternate front and back labels, the machine is able to fix and centre both labels in a single pass (cylindrical bottles only).

A few of the many options:-
5C023: Digital Control Panel with LED. This has many advantages, for example it can be programmed to apply a front and back label from the same roll when desired, 205 Euros.
5C002: ink stamping unit with pneumatic motion (3 bar, 50 lt). Characters 3 mm x 3 mm. Stamping area: 39 mm x 39 mm. Total 13 characters per line. Max. 4 lines. 1290 Euros. This is the option needed if you wish to print a Lot number on the label.
If you have the Digital Control Panel option, and apply front and back labels from the same roll, the stamper will print only on the second label. If you decide to use a roll with only front labels, the digital panel is easily re-programmed so that the stamper will print on every label.

With mechanical lever to lock the container when it is inserted, they can affix a front and back label in the same cycle. In addition to cylindrical containers, these machines can also label square bottles, jars and other containers, including those made of synthetic materials. In addition, with the use of various optional accessories, it is possible to detect side or bottom reference marks, position a label at a later date or install a stamping unit.
The machines have a stainless steel casing and knurled silicone paper winding roller with quick release. Its electrical control makes it possible to utilize a wide variety of labelling variants by simply inserting the appropriate optional control-unit (electronic board).

ET-500 bench-standing labeller for application of front/body labels, or front/body and back labels from the same roll. It can label cylindrical bottles, jars, cans, with diameters from 60 to 110 mm. Wrap-around labels can be applied. 500 to 600 bottles per hour are possible. 2320 Euros (£2109)
