Information on choice of filter sheet and use of the filters

The plates included in the above prices are white 'Moplen', which are for filtering any drink containing alcohol up to over 40 %vol. but they should not be steamed. If you require steamable black 'Noryl' plates they are an extra £3.50 each; but these are only suitable for alcohol up to 35 %vol.
   Throughput per filter sheet used: coarse up to 25 litres/hour, sterile up to 15 litres/hour.
