The machine is equipped with:-
Speed change by frequency inverter
Infeed of bottes by selecting starwheel.
Microswitches on the infeed and outfeed starwheels and the main carousel, stop
the machine in case of broken or fallen bottles.
Change parts for 1 cylindrical glass bottle size.
Filling valves and all parts in contact with the product are made in Aisi.304 stainless steel.
Machine base-frame made of heavy steel supports, totally covered by AISI 304 stainless steel plates.
Safety shields complying with EC laws, with plexiglass panels and safety micro-switches.
24 volt electrical controls, in a stainless steel box with front panel.

Stainless steel liquid in-feed header-tank, designed to allow a quick and easy final discharge. The minimum and
maximum level inside the tank is controlled by a double probe system, providing an electric signal to the infeed pump.
Control panel predisposed with connection for the product feeding pump.
Product infeed piping equipped with ball valve to control the product flowing into the tank.
Bottle lifting by pneumatic pistons, with return by cam.
Quickly removable filling valves for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Single-head capping turret:
Stainless steel distributing bowl, chute and pick-off head.
4-roller stainless steel capping head, with 'no cap - no roll' safety device.
Pneumatic bottle lifting.

Terms:-
For testing the machine, 10 bottles + 100 caps of each size must be supplied.
Delivery time: 40-50 working days (8-10 weeks) from the date of the order.
On site commissioning costs: 500 Euros x 3 days plus flight and accomodation costs.
Warranty: covers any defective part for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. The warranty does not include materials which are subject to normal wear, the accidental damage caused by transportation, carelessness, unsuitable handling, improper use and any behaviour which is not compliant with the warnings indicated on the instruction manual. The replacement parts will be supplied ready to be installed.
