Winegrowers Supplies   -  Self-cleaning Filter for filtering juice

Niko: all stainless steel, on a trolley with wheels and integrated rubber-impeller pump, 380 Volts 3-phase, IP55, 30 mm id hose.

It has a rotating filter cartridge, with a choice of different filter slot sizes (75, 100, 150 or 200 microns).

It's special feature is self-cleaning, with a scraper that removes material trapped in the filter cartridge.
This happens while in operation, so it does not get clogged; manual cleaning while the filter is in operation is not required.

There is a pressure gauge and viewing glass. When the pressure rises to 0.6 bar, you manually open a valve to discharge the sludge into a bucket under the filter.
There is an option for this to be done automatically, controlled by a timer, 550 Euros extra.
