The Agricultural Wages Board
set minimum wage rates for agricultural workers, that come into
force by Order on 1st October each year, these are not the same as the National Minimum Wage rates.
All 'foreign' casual workers must be employed through a registered agency, such as HOPS Labour Solutions or Concordia.
